Brian’s Mechanical provides residential and commercial HVAC services, including installation, maintenance, repair, and air quality solutions. All services depend on technician availability, part availability, and weather conditions.

Any estimates provided by Brian’s Mechanical, whether written or verbal, are based on the information available at the time. Actual costs may vary if additional work, parts, or labor are required. If changes arise, we will inform you and seek approval before proceeding.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept credit and debit cards, checks, traditional financing, and Wisetack financing for qualifying services. Unpaid invoices may incur late fees or be sent to collections.

We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

We stand behind our work. Certain installations and repairs may be covered by manufacturer warranties or Brian’s Mechanical’s own service guarantee. These warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or damage from external causes.
